Fruit: 100% Apples (Ingrid Marie)

Style: Open and expressive nose, with hints of apple, luxury dish and fermenting juice. Round, opulent mouthfeel with an intense, slightly creamy but wonderful acid attack. Fermented in a bottle and with a minimum 18 months on yeast before release.
